Rebeca Espinoza​
Unique Representation was founded by Rebeca Espinoza, a marketing specialist with over 20 years experience. Rebeca has previously worked in marketing, communications, PR and media roles across various high profile organisations and multinational companies. Most recently, Rebeca worked in the Commonwealth Bank of Australia as a Marketing Manager for almost 5 years before deciding to pursue her two greatest passions, travel and marketing. Originally from Peru, she had always been passionate about promoting her amazing continent and the unique destinations and properties that she experienced throughout her travels, so in 2013 she created Unique Latin America. Rebeca has travelled extensively throughout the world, as well as having lived, worked and studied across three different continents! Having shared some incredible experiences with her husband and two daughters, Rebeca is passionate about family travel, while her Peruvian roots have given her an appetite for destinations rich in history and culture.​
Lisa Baddock
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Management in Tourism and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney. Throughout her degree, her interest in marketing, innovation and sustainable tourism became areas of high achievement and led her to work in tourism research before joining Unique Latin America. In her current role as Marketing & Communications Coordinator, she is driven by her curious nature, and a desire to seek out creative opportunities to tell our clients stories. She has travelled extensively overseas and even lived in South America for a year. Lisa is particularly passionate about aquatic and wildlife travel to remote destinations, as well as being a proud advocate for sustainable travel companies who use tourism as a force for good.
